When does my rental begin and end?

The rental period starts on the day that the customer receives the equipment, unless it is received after 12:00 pm customer’s local time, or on a weekend, in which case the rental period starts the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not rental days. A one day minimum rental period will apply in any case. Equipment will be taken off rental on the day that it is received by Eco-Rental Solutions. The last billable day will be the business day prior to receipt if the equipment is dropped off before 12:00 pm, and the day of receipt if it is dropped off after 12:00 pm, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. Federal Express and UPS return deliveries will be taken off rental the day received with the last billable day being the previous business day.

Do you offer quantity and long term rental discounts?

In some instances, additional discounts may be available based on rental duration, quantity and/or national account status. Call your local sales representative for details.

Do you offer training on your rental instrumentation?

Yes, we can provide an overview of how to properly use and maintain your rental instrumentation, in person, by video or by phone.

How do you calculate rental charges?

We use best price billing. You will be billed the cheapest cost when calculating the rental by day, week, or month.

Do you sell new equipment?

Yes, we can sell most of the products that we offer for rental. Check out our sales inventory!

Do you service customer equipment?

Yes, we will service most of the products that we offer for rental.

I’m not happy with our current supplier and would like to learn more about Eco-Rental and how you can help us. How can I do that?

We’d be happy to come to your facility and give you a complete overview of what separates us from other rental companies. Please call your local sales representative to set-up a time to do so.

Are you flexible with rental start/stop dates?

In some instances, we can accommodate for unique delivery requirements specific to your project. This is typically done on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged in advance.

Do you deliver outside of the USA?

At this time, we do not ship equipment outside of the USA.

I placed an order but have not received it yet. How can I tell where it is?

Order confirmations are emailed for every order. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped. Should you not receive this email, please contact us and we will track the shipment for you.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I pay my invoice online?

At this time, no. However, we can quickly process your payment over the telephone. Call us at 1-855-326-7368.

Where should I return my equipment to?

Whenever possible, return the equipment to the Eco-Rental location that shipped it to you unless instructed otherwise.

How quickly will I receive my invoice after I return my rental equipment?

Unlike some rental companies, invoices are typically generated and emailed within 48 hours of the rental termination.

Is Eco-Rental Solutions New Jersey Certified Laboratory – N.J.A.C. 7:18?

Eco-Rental Solutions is New Jersey Certified Laboratory Number NY033! This certification — N.J.A.C. 7:18 — is in accordance with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) for the application of sampling groundwater and surface water in the state of NJ. We can now provide low flow sampling rental equipment that will meet “pre-field” calibration requirements for the State of New Jersey.
